Alien space station in Hyderabad. Location is good. Market area good road and near to IT sectors. Beautiful and smart homes but the issue is with the builder. The project is continuing for last 10 years and still its not completed. After covid it got the funds and work is going on with a good pace but still it will take another 3-4 years to fully functional. Out of 13 towers 2 towers are completed and people are living there. Other 8 towers the structure is completed. Because of the beauty of this home i am still considering the flat to buy. We got a resale property of 2150 sqft with interior ( average interior, we need to upgrade it if we move in) the owner is quoting 1.55 cr. Slightly negotiable. He is getting rental of 40k per month. No maintenance charge right now because no amenities are available other than parking. The area is going to be very prime location as opposite to the road MY HOME builder and rajapushpa builders are building luxury homes which is not affordable for us. Should we buy it ? 🥺🥺 I like the property but tense about its bad reviews. Pls suggest.

People are buying homes because we see videos that say the prices will rise more. So by hook or crook a middle class family buying home. Riches are blocking the units and sell after completion of the project. In this scenario how can a middle class aford to buy a decent home

Appreciate the knowledge shared in this video. I have one fear, i dont personally like hogh rise buildings. Its gives me some fear as well. But the low rise flats are really very costly in my area. Not sure what to do. People are moving to 20 years old GDA flats, but problem is same, they wont be able to sell after 20 years. Why would i buy a 40 years old house. Really a big decision to take now.

Hello sir, Im from mumbai I’ve question related to buying new flat which is under construction Question - The builder is asking me to pay the 10% of agreement value before giving me the agreement papers so is it legal to ask money from customer before taking signature and giving agreement papers to them? And also if not then how can i negotiate with them or ask them to give me the papers I’d be really helpful if anyone can answer my question
